1. Each game will be decided by 2, 15 minute run time periods, and a 10 minute stop time 3rd period.

2. Clock will run in the last period when a team is losing by 5 or more goals. Any time the losing team is 4 or fewer goals behind, the clock will return to normal stop time. Clock may also be run at the referee's discretion. All penalty times will remain the same when the clock is running.

3. When there is a tie in regulation time during the regular season, there will be a 5 minute overtime 4-on-4.. The 1st 4 minutes are running time and the last minute stop time. If the game is tied at the end of the overtime each team is awarded 1 point. If 1 team scores in overtime the winning team is awarded 2 points and the losing team 1 point. This is ONLY applicable if enough time is available, as a curfew will be in place, otherwise each team will be awarded a point at the end of regulation.

4. Each team will be awarded two 30 second timeouts, a team may only use one timeout in any given period.

5. Team must be able to field a team of at least 6 players to start a game. If 6 players are not ready to start the game, they will be assessed a 2 minute penalty. Within 10 minutes, the game will be defaulted and the other team awarded a 1 to 0 win.

6. Icing will be automatically called when the attacking player shoots the ball from within their own blue line (No longer requires a touch by the defending player). If the goalie leaves the crease the icing is waived.

7. There will be no two-line pass rule (offside pass).

8. Once the ball has proceeded across the defensive blue-line, a defensive zone will extend to the centre-ice line.

9. The delayed offside rule will be in effect.

10. Body checking will result in a penalty. (see Penalty Regulations section)

11. Highsticking the ball will result in a face off. If the offensive team highsticks the ball in the defensive teams zone, the face off will come outside the blue lne.

12. Gloving the ball (palm clenched) will be an immediate dead ball.

13. The referee may terminate a game if, in his view the game is beyond disciplinary control.

14. At the discretion of the referee a game ejection may be given to any player to remove the player from the game without the player incurring a further suspension in order to prevent any incidents.

15. At the discretion of the referee, he may elect to run the clock even in the stop time 3rd.

16. No 2 players on the same team may wear the same sweater number at the same time. When this occurs one of the 2 players cannot return until wearing a sweater with no duplicate number.

17. Teams will switch ends at the end of each period.

18. There will be no alcoholic beverages allowed in the playing area under any circumstances. Any team violating this rule may face possible team expulsion from the league.

19. Players must choose a jersey number at the start of the season and stick with it. Team captains must inform league of any number changes, or player changes to the roster.

20. Offensive zone hand passes will result in a face off outside the offensive zone. Defensive zone hand passes are allowed however.

21. Any player who is not on a teams roster and is not registered with the league, will NOT be allowed to play. Any team that plays with an illegal player will forfeit any game where an illegal player is used. If a team intends to use a "sub", that player must be on the roster, or have special permission from the league to be able to field that player.

22. There are NO refunds, for any circumstance, once the waiver has been signed.
